Council of Europe Officials Meet in Ljubljana

A two-day meeting of the Council of Europe's officials on preparations for the 1997 conference of European ministers of family affairs opened in Ljubljana Thursday. The officials will Thursday draw up a questionnaire concerning adolescence as a parental challenge. The questionnaire will be used as a basic material presented to the 1997 Vienna ministerial conference.
