Maribor, 19 May - The epic floods in Serbia and Bosnia have brought the people of the Western Balkans together perhaps for the first time after the war that ended almost 20 years ago. On the one hand this is a sad fact, but on the other a message with a very positive impact for the region, the daily Večer says in Monday's commentary.
