Cimos CEO Resigns, Supervisors Upset by Debt Restructuring

Koper, 23 May - CEO of automotive industry supplier Cimos Jerko Bartolić resigned on Friday, a day after court-ordered debt restructuring was launched on the request of creditors, mostly state-owned banks and the Bank Asset Management Company (BAMC), Slovenia's bad bank. Supervisors believe creditors should have converted debt to equity.
