Ljubljana, 26 May - The win by the "chocolate tycoon" Petro Poroshenko in the Ukrainian presidential election is not a surprise, although how his election will effect the ongoing crisis in the country remains unclear, Slovenian defence expert Klemen Grošelj has told the STA.
