Bavčar, Šrot Deny All Charges in Appeal to Higher Court
Ljubljana, 28 May - Former bosses of Istrabenz and Pivovarna Laško, Igor Bavčar and Boško Šrot presented Wednesday to the Ljubljana Higher Court their appeal against the prison sentences handed to them for unlawful trading in Istrabenz stock, claiming that there were no irregularities in their acts and expressing hope that they will be acquitted.
