Interim SD President to Seek Cooperation with Left Parties

Ljubljana, 28 May - Agriculture Minister Dejan Židan was confirmed the interim president of the Social Democrats (SD) on Wednesday after Igor Lukšič resigned two days ago over the party's poor showing in the EU elections. Židan announced talks with like-minded parties about cooperation and possible alliances for the upcoming snap elections.
