Slovene Capital Ljubljana Celebrates First Documented Written Mention of Ljubljana as a Town

Ljubljana, 14 April - LJUBLJANA/CELEBRATION
The Capital of Slovenia Ljubljana Sunday celebrates the first known documented written mention of Ljubljana as a town. Ljubljana celebrating this event for the first time, Chairman of the Town Council Dimitrij Kovačič expressed hope that 14 April will in the future become a celebration with a goal to enliven the town tradition of Ljubljana.
