Celje, 3 June - The shareholders of chemicals company Cinkarna Celje decided on Tuesday to earmark virtually the entire distributable profit for 2013, EUR 8.9m, for dividends, making Cinkarna one of several companies slated for privatisation whose shareholders decided to maximise dividend payments.
