Australian Delegation Visits Slovenia

A government-economic Australian delegation, paying a five-day visit to Slovenia, met Monday with the Slovene Chamber of Economy officials, who informed them with the Slovene economic situation. The meeting was followed by a presentation of Australian economy, while first bilateral talks between Slovene and Australian businessmen are scheduled for Monday afternoon. The visit of the Australian delegation, headed by Jeffrey Benson, Vice Secretary for Central and Eastern Europe and Russia at the Australia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was organized by the Chamber of Economy in cooperation with the Australian embassy in Vienna and the Australian educational institution IDP.
