Slovene Ministry of Finance and Bank of Slovenia Write to Creditors under NFA

Representatives of the Republic of Slovenia have consulted with New York and English counsel in light of the lawsuit commenced in the High Court of Justice in London by the National Bank of Yugoslavia and others with regard to Slovenia's exchange offer, Slovene Ministry of Finance and Bank of Slovenia wrote in a letter to creditors under the New Financing Agreement (NFA).
