Obama Nominates State Dept Official for Ljubljana Ambassador

Washington, 14 June - US President Barack Obama has nominated Brent Robert Hartley, a State Department official, for new ambassador to Slovenia. If endorsed in the Senate, Hartley will succeed Joseph Mussomeli, who has been in Slovenia since 2010.
