Junction to High Seas Key Issue in Border Arbitration Hearing

The Hague, 17 June - Slovenia's demand of having direct contact with high seas and Croatia's insistence to the contrary dominated oral hearings held by the arbitration tribunal deliberating on the border dispute between the countries, according to a document released by the tribunal on Tuesday.
