In cooperation with the government Office for Nationalities and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Institute for Ethnic Studies organized a consultation Wednesday on implementing the Council of Europe's (CE) Framework Convention for protection of ethnic minorities and other Council of Europe legal instruments for the field of ethnic minorities.
