Car Electronics Maker Letrika Sold to Germany's Mahle

Ljubljana, 20 June - A consortium of owners have sold their combined 53% stake in car electronics maker Letrika to the German automotive parts manufacturer Mahle at EUR 67.10 per share or EUR 58.3m, the Slovenia Sovereign Holding (SSH) said in a press release on Friday.
