Five Party MPs Outrun Competitors with the Demand for Referendum

Ljubljana, 17 April - NATIONAL/ASSEMBLY/DEMAND/REFERENDUM/ELECTIONS
Thirty-five deputies, members of the Liberal Democracy of Slovenia (LDS), the Slovene Christian Democrats (SKD), the Democratic Party of Slovenia (DS), the Slovene National Right (SND) and the Slovene People's Party (SLS), submitted a demand to the National Assembly to call an early legislative referendum concerning the draft law on changes and supplements to the law on parliamentary elections, submitted to the National Assembly for first reading.
