Mercator Sale Risks for Banks Equal to No-Sale Risks, Governor Says
Ljubljana, 23 June - The risks involved in a decision of the consortium of holders to sell their combined 53% stake in Slovenia's biggest grocer Mercator to Croatia's Agrokor are just as manageable as the risks entailed in a non-execution of the sale, Banka Slovenije Governor Boštjan Jazbec told the press on Monday.
