Finance Says Path to Mercator Sale Cleared
Ljubljana, 25 June - The business daily Finance unofficially reports on Wednesday that all 55 creditors of Mercator have come to an agreement on the reprogramming of loans given to Slovenia's leading grocer, which the paper says means that all conditions are met to conclude the sale of Mercator to Croatian rival Agrokor.
