Mercator Sale Considerable Delevaraging for Laško, CEO Says
Laško, 30 June - The group around brewer Pivovarna Laško "deleveraged horrendously" with the sale of its 23.3% stake in grocer Mercator, Laško CEO Dušan Zorko told the press after an AGM on Monday. The EUR 75.5m was transferred by Croatian buyer Agrokor directly to Laško group's creditor banks on Friday, he added.
