Report: Govt Opens Door to Petrol Takeover

Ljubljana, 1 July - The daily Dnevnik reported on Tuesday that the government has opened the door to a potential hostile takeover of energy company Petrol. It highlights February changes to the energy act which erased a provision that demanded government approval if buyers wanted more than a 24.9% stake in public service operators in the energy sector.
