Pozavarovalnica Sava Owners Secure EUR 4.39M for Dividends
Ljubljana, 1 July - The shareholders of reinsurer Pozavarovalnica Sava went along with the management's proposal for a EUR 4.39m dividend payout at Tuesday's annual general meeting, keeping the remaining EUR 15.7m in available profit undistributed. Shareholders will thus get EUR 0.26 gross per share in dividends.
