DZS Retains Entire Distributable Profit, Backs Boss Petan

Ljubljana, 2 July - The shareholders of publisher DZS decided on Tuesday to retain the entire EUR 5.3m in distributable profit from 2013 and determine its use in the coming years. The management, led by Bojan Petan, who was recently reported to be the subject of a criminal investigation, and the supervisors received a liability of discharge.
