Črnkovič's Plea for Alternative Form of Sentence Rejected

Ljubljana, 2 July - Ivan Črnkovič, who was sentenced to 22 months in prison in the Patria bribery case last year, told the STA that the Ljubljana Local Court rejected his plea for an alternative form of sentence. Črnkovič, who has not received the official mail yet, will wait a while before he goes get the mail and then plans to appeal against the decision.
