Court Orders Telekom to Pay EUR 1m Damages to Small Internet Company

Ljubljana, 2 July - The Supreme Court has upheld the ruling ordering telco Telekom Slovenije to pay damages to internet company ABM for abuse of monopoly, while reducing the amount of compensation from EUR 2.3m to just below EUR 1m, according to a press release published on the website of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
