Court Rejects Janša's Defamation Suit against Delo
Ljubljana, 3 July - The Ljubljana Local Court has rejected a defamation suit brought by Democrats (SDS) president Janez Janša against the daily Delo over a September 2010 article in which the author accuses Janša and several of his associates of trying to "pervert history" and "abuse democracy".
