Krka Fined EUR 10M for Breach of EU Antitrust Rules

Brussels, 9 July - Slovenia's Krka is among the six pharma companies fined by the European Commission on Wednesday for breach of EU antitrust rules. Krka will need to pay EUR 10m, while the bulk of the EUR 427.7m penalty in total goes to French company Servier, which was fined EUR 331m.
