Top Court Stops Mandatory Data Traffic Retention

Ljubljana, 11 July - The Constitutional Court has repealed the EU-imposed rules on mandatory data retention as unconstitutional based on an appeal by the information commissioner and in line with the recent ruling of the European Court of Justice.
