Privatisation Process Continues, Govt Decree Allegedly Unlawful

Ljubljana, 11 July - The Slovenia Sovereign Holding (SSH), the new custodian of state-owned assets, said Friday that all of the launched privatisation procedures are continuing despite a recent government decision to put privatisation on hold. Unofficially, SSH has obtained a legal opinion which says the cabinet's decision is unlawful.
