Paper Scolds Govt for Not Handling Environment Issues

Ljubljana, 12 July - The daily Dnevnik rebukes the state in the light of the lawsuit against Slovenia for breaking EU regulations on waste management in the case of an illegal landfill and an old zinc plant in Celje. Problems of the past should be handled by the state and not be left to the local community, the paper says on Saturday.
