Court Quashes SDS Defamation Suit against Delo Reporter
Ljubljana, 16 July - The Ljubljana District Court has thrown out a defamation lawsuit brought by the Democrats (SDS) against Delo journalist Dejan Karba for writing that kickbacks from Finnish contractor Patria in a EUR 278m deal with the Slovenian government went to the SDS, Delo reported Wednesday.
