Slovenia Loses Landmark LB Court Case in Strasbourg

Strasbourg, 16 July - Slovenia has lost a landmark ruling in the case of Yugoslav-era foreign currency deposits at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, which ruled that Slovenia will have to find a systemic solution for compensating deposit-holders with outstanding deposits at the defunct LB bank within a year.
