Lawyer Disappointed by Ruling Which "Punishes Slovenia"

Strasbourg/Ljubljana, 16 July - Slovenia has been punished for the failure of successors to the former Yugoslavia to agree on the issue of Yugoslav-era foreign currency deposits, Slovenia's lawyer in the case before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg has assessed, calling Wednesday's ruling "very disappointing".
