Supreme Judges to Decide on Recusal of Court President
Ljubljana, 18 July - Supreme Court judges will convene a session on Friday to decide on a request by Democrats (SDS) head Janez Janša to recuse Supreme Court president Branko Masleša from the proceedings related to Janša's appeal challenging the guilty verdict in the Patria corruption case that sent him to prison for two years.
