Supreme Judges Fail to Decide on Recusal of Court President
Ljubljana, 18 July - A session of Supreme Court judges called for Friday lacked quorum so the judges could not take a decision on a request by Democrats (SDS) head Janez Janša to recuse Supreme Court president Branko Masleša from the proceedings related to Janša's appeal challenging the guilty verdict in the Patria corruption case.
