Minister Backtracks on Action Against Helios Board

Ljubljana, 21 July - The Economic Development and Technology Ministry has decided against filing a criminal complaint against the management and supervisory boards of coatings maker Helios a month after Minister Metod Dragonja announced action against perceived violation of takeover legislation.
