Koroško Spa Sale Off as Investor Fails to Launch Rehabilitation Centre

Kotlje, 22 July - More than two years after an old spa complex in the village of Kotlje (N) was sold by the Ravne na Koroškem municipality to a Russian investor who intended to revive the old hotel with a mineral water spring, the deal seems to have fallen through, as the investor has failed to meet any of the main conditions.
