Ljubljana, 25 July - The winner of the 13 July general election, Miro Cerar, launched talks with potential coalition partners this week, as he seeks to secure an outline of the new government by the 1 August maiden session of parliament. The outgoing cabinet meanwhile put off a decision on Slovenia's next EU commissioner to allow Cerar to influence the process.
