Krka H1 Net Up Despite Lower Operating Profit

Novo Mesto, 24 July - Drug maker Krka posted a group net profit of EUR 106.6m for the first half of the year, up 6% over the same period last year, even as operating profit dropped 5% to EUR 125.7m.
