Ljubljana, 28 July - Those who claim that the ruling against Democrats (SDS) leader Janez Janša in the Patria case is only the tip of the iceberg and a litmus test for the judiciary are right. There had been plenty of rulings that were eventually thrown out by a higher court or in Strasbourg, the weekly Reporter says in its latest commentary.
