Summer Colder and Wetter So Far than in Recent Years

Ljubljana, 28 July - Thus summer in Slovenia has so far been colder and wetter than in the last few years, with temperatures failing to exceed 35 degrees centigrade for the first time since 2009, according to the Environment Agency (ARSO), which also noted that June and July saw an above-average rainfall.
