Blunder Sees Tractor Owner Fined for Speeding

Ljubljana, 29 July - A case of mistaken vehicle identity has resulted in an owner of a tractor from a village in north-east Slovenia fined for speeding through the Slovenian capital, public broadcaster RTV Slovenija has reported.
