Watchdog Approves Agrokor's Takeover of Mercator
Ljubljana, 29 July - The Securities Market Agency (ATVP) approved on Tuesday the June sale of a 53% stake in Mercator, Slovenia's leading grocer, to the Croatian food group Agrokor. Agrokor meanwhile has until Friday to publish a takeover bid for the remaining shares in Mercator.
