Broadcaster Slapped with Record Fine for Uncompetitive Conduct
Ljubljana, 5 August - Slovenia's biggest private broadcaster has been served an anti-monopoly fine of almost five million euros by the Competition Protection Agency for abusing its dominant position on the advertising market, the highest fine ever handed out for anti-competitive practice, media reported Tuesday.
