Ljubljana, 29 September - The ruling Party of Miro Cerar (SMC) is facing its first test on Monday since assuming the reigns of government as it meets on the future of Environment Ministry State Secretary Jure Leben, who was recently found to have misstated the level of his education. The meeting will come amidst reports that a high-profile SMC MP has quit the party.
