Slovenia Starting Basketball World Cup Campaign
Las Palmas, 30 August - The Slovenian national basketball team will start their FIBA Basketball World Cup campaign on Saturday against Australia in Group D play in Spain's Las Palmas. This is the third consecutive world championships for Slovenia, at which the team is looking to improve on its quarter-final finish four years ago in Turkey.
