Higher Court Rules Against Janković in Sale of Municipal Plots

Ljubljana, 2 September - The Ljubljana Higher Court has upheld a November ruling by the Ljubljana District Court finding that the Ljubljana Municipality sold in 2009 a plot of land that was not in its ownership to the company Tritonis, rendering the sale agreement singed by Mayor Zoran Janković null and void.
