Agrokor Increases Stake in Mercator to 80.75%
Ljubljana, 2 September - Croatian conglomerate Agrokor has acquired an additional 27.63% stake in Mercator to increase its stake in the Slovenian retailer to 80.75% as its bid for the outstanding Mercator shares expired yesterday, the on-line edition of the business daily Finance reported on Tuesday.
