Pope's Visit to Slovenia Approaching

The visit of Pope John Paul II, from 17 to 19 May, is approaching, and the ministry of interior, planning the whole system of security measures and activities, has drawn up special traffic regulations. Thus some roads and railway lines will be closed for some vehicles, i.e. heavy trucks and vehicles carrying dangerous materials; some streets in the city centres of Ljubljana and Maribor as well as some parking areas will be closed for all traffic, told press Minister of Interior Andrej Šter Monday.
