Italian Government to Consult Its New Parliament on EU - Slovenia Agreement
Brussels, 30 April - At a meeting of the Council of Permanent Representatives of the European Union (COREPER) members in Brussels, the Italian Presidency in the EU indicated that it wished to wait with the decision regarding the signing of an associate agreement between the EU and Slovenia until consultations of the Italian Government with Italy's new Parliament take place, diplomatic sources in Brussels indicated on Tuesday.
