Slovenj Gradec Honours Space Pioneer Noordung's Father
Slovenj Gradec, 16 September - A memorial plaque will be unveiled on Tuesday in Slovenj Gradec to honour the memory of this northern town's native Josef Potočnik, the father of Slovenian space-travel pioneer Herman Potočnik Noordung (1892-1929). The ceremony will be followed by the launch of an updated edition of a book on Herman Poročnik's life by Primož Premzl.
