IWC Meeting Closes after Heated Debate on Japanese Whaling

Portorož, 18 September - The 65th biennial meeting of the International Whaling Commission (IWC), which was held in the coastal resort of Portorož, is coming to an end on Thursday after some heated debates on several open issues, especially Japan's research whaling.
